Eat an assortment of fruits and vegetables instead of the usual junk food. You will be able to maintain your system and your skin. Drink around eight glasses of water daily to keep skin hydrated and moist. Water flushes out harmful toxins. Hydrated skin is healthier looking. Dehydrated skin looks tired and dry. Coffee, colas, and tea doesn’t count.
